Referring providers will fill out the post-test genetic counseling referral form and submit it at the time of order or after results are issued.

The GeneDx patient counseling team will contact the patient to schedule an appointment.

Following the appointment, a consultation overview is sent to the referring provider summarizing the discussion, plan, and recommendations.
