To help insured patients understand what they may expect to pay out-of-pocket, we offer a cost estimate tool within the provider portal. The tool is available during the order process, simply start an order to access it. This provides an estimate only, and the patient’s insurance determines the final bill.

Telehealth option through Genome Medical

GeneDx teamed up with Genome Medical, a leading genetic counseling services company, to connect families with genetic providers who can offer access to genetic testing via telehealth. Appointments with Genome Medical genetic counselors are typically available within a week.
